Under the terms of the partnership, BIO-Key will install a BIO-Key owned and managed server that will be used to provide wireless communication systems and support.
GTX Corporation [[GTXO.OB]] shares moved sharply higher as traders attempted to break a key resistance level. The stock has rallied more than 350 percent since late April when the company launched its personal location services iPhone application called LOCiMe. The free application uses iPhone’s built-in GPS device to track the phone’s movements.
Universal Detection Technology [[UNDT.OB]] shares surged higher after it announced a working partnership with the U.S. Department of Commerce to market its anthrax detection equipment in China. The Commerce Department’s Commercial Service division is promoting the company’s handheld assays, which is used for detection of up to five bioterrorism agents.
China Medicine Corporation [[CHME.OB]] shares jumped more than 10 percent ahead of its first quarter conference call scheduled for May 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. EST. The developer and leading distributor of prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese medicines, and other medical supplies will announce earnings head of the call.
Pollex, Inc. [[PLLX.OB]] shares jumped more than 900 percent on no news. The company provides online gaming services and MP3 and other technical products through its wholly owned subsidiary, Joyon entertainment. The company also provides online games via the internet through value-added resellers that sell consumer electronics worldwide.
