Chemtura Corporation (CEMJQ), Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corp (CGAQ), and iEntertainment Network (IENT) are the top OTC stocks to watch for May 28, 2009.
Chemtura Corporation [[CEMJQ.PK]] shares surged more than 70 percent yesterday on higher-than-average volume as some speculated that equity holders could survive bankruptcy. The company has downsized its operations shortly before bankruptcy and secured a $400 million debtor-in-possession (DIP) loan that could help it settle its debts and emerge from bankruptcy. The question is whether or not common equity will be diluted or wiped out entirely.
Caribbean Casino & Gaming Corp [[CGAQ.PK]] shares jumped more than 130 percent yesterday after it announced a joint venture agreement with Tradewinds Broadcasting to deploy technology that allows online viewing and betting of live Texas Hold Em tournaments and permits online wagering on the live players themselves. The new system could help generate additional revenues online, and should be up and running by late 2009.
iEntertainment Network [[IENT.PK]] shares spiked more than 2,000 percent yesterday after it announced a brand new version of its WarBirds 2009 massively multiplayer online simulation had been launched with a significant product update including new aircraft, new flight models, new terrains, and many more new features. The company’s software has won many awards, including “Best Online Simulation Game” and attracts players from over 70 countries.
