Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG), Quest Minerals & Mining Corp. (QMLM), and Angel Acquisitions Corp. (AGEL) were among today’s top movers.
Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. [[SPNG.OB]] shares jumped 17 percent higher after it announced $5.75 million worth of sales during the first week in May. The sharp jump comes as its nationwide advertising campaign continues to run full-scale, appearing on many networks including ESPN and even investor-favorite CNBC.
Quest Minerals & Mining Corp. [[QMLM.OB]] shares rallied more than 44 percent after breaking a key 50-day moving average. However, with no change in fundamentals, many long-term investors are staying out of the stock. This means that prices could quickly retreat and lead to losses for non-day-traders.
Angel Acquisition Corp. [[AGEL.OB]] shares surged more than 50 percent after it announced an upgrade to its micro-finance portal, www.angelsinaction.tv. The user-friendly portal offers micro-lending opportunities for small to medium sized companies. The company also announced that it had partnered with Microsoft to feature its BizSparks product within their system.
