The move signals the beginning of its commercialization phase.
Players Network [[PNTV.OB]], which develops and produces media broadcasts of Las Vegas and Gaming Lifestyles, saw its shares jump more than 10 percent after launching PNTVegas, creating a unifying brand for diverse channels of products and services. The company plans on using the network to cost-effectively leverage its vast content library to create sponsorship opportunities.
PolyMedix, Inc. [[PYMX.OB]], which develops treatments for threatening, serious, infectious diseases and acute cardiovascular disorders, saw its shares drop nearly 30 percent after pricing a registered public offering of up to 21 million shares and warrants for $1.00 per unit for a total of $21 million in gross proceeds. The five year warrant was to purchase 0.3 shares of common stock at $1.25 per share for each unit owned.
