Green Energy Live, Inc. (GELV), Citadel Broadcasting Corporation (CTDB), and Imaging3, Inc. (IMGG) are three OTC market movers during today’s session.
Green Energy Live, Inc. (GELV), which is developing sustainable biomass-to-energy conversion technology, saw its shares jump more than 30 percent after announcing that it has moved into new offices in order to accommodate its growing business. Meanwhile, the stock was also promoted by a popular day trading newsletter, which boosted volume.
Citadel Broadcasting Corporation (CTDB), a radio broadcasting company in the United States, saw its share drop more than 40 percent after filing a reorganization plan with a New York bankruptcy court. The plan will wipe out $1.4 billion of the company’s debt in exchange for senior lenders receiving 90% of the new common stock in the reorganized entity.
Imaging3, Inc. (IMGG), which develops 3-D imaging devices that are yet to be approved, saw its shares rise more than 12 percent on a continued technical breakout. The move follows a rally that took place earlier this week, with shares trading up more than 40 percent over the past few days.
