The $60 million cash tender offer values the company at approximately $1.22 per common share and $1,694 per preferred share.
Bloggerwave Inc. (BLGW), a blog promotion company based in Europe, saw its shares jump approximately 20 percent shortly after its debut on January 28, 2010. The company delivers impressive promotion results for companies who wish to have their products and services promoted on its network of thousands of affiliated blogs.
Originoil Inc. (OOIL), a development-stage biofuel company, saw its shares jump more than 10 percent after being mentioned positively in a popular investment newsletter. Last week, the company also announced a partnership with StrategicFit to increase the robustness of its core Algae Productivity Model by refining underlining assumptions and process logic.
