The company, focused on lithium exploration in the U.S., entered into an equity financing agreement that will enable it to call upon funds as needed.
General Environmental Management, Inc. [[GEVI.OB]], an environmental services firm, saw its shares jump more than 10 percent after signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Cake Energy, LLC, a privately held waste-to-energy technology company, to build and operate leading-edge waste-to-energy facilities in the Western United States.
Entech Solar Inc. [[ENSL.OB]], which manufactures and installs solar energy systems, saw its shares jump more than eight percent after announcing progress on its ThermaVolt II and tubular skylight products, as well as plans for its SolarVolt II product, which would generate electricity only. The company continues to make significant progress across its product lines, while its SolarVolt II design and development represents an exciting new development.
