The company plans to deliver its first coal production to a major Kentucky coal broker during the last week of October.
American Lithium Minerals Inc. [[AMLM.OB]], which is investigating acquisitions in the resource and non-resource sectors, saw its shares jump more than 5 percent after announcing that it completed a private placement of 740,740 units of its securities to institutional and accredited investors and non-US persons for $1 million at an offering price of $1.35 per share.
