Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. (IMDS), Genova Biotherapeutics, Inc. (GVBP), and Veramark Technologies, Inc. (VERA) were among today’s top OTC market movers.
Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. [[IMDS.OB]], which is developing technologies to detect breast cancer, saw its shares more than double after announcing the sale of another CT Laser Mammography system in Asia. The system, which was sold to Katherine Women’s Health Center in Malaysia, is current being used in patient exams.
Genova Biotherapeutics, Inc. [[GVBP.OB]], which is focused on developing drugs for the prevention of oncological and infectious diseases, saw its shares drop more than 20 percent as it continued to slide lower. The stock had moved sharply higher on numerous vague collaboration agreements that were touted among various stock promoters.
Veramark Technologies, Inc. [[VERA.OB]], which develops communication management and operation support software for telecommunications providers, saw its shares jump nearly 50 percent after offering its call accounting software for free to Cisco customers and VARs. The software is valued at $2,875 and supports up to 5 sites and 150 extensions.
