[[AEXP.OB]], an oil and gas exploration and production company in North America, saw its shares jump more than 40 percent after it entered into a letter agreement to jointly develop their contiguous acreage in Mississippi. The company will commit approximately 5,000 net acres, while Mainland Resources will commit about 8,500 net acres.
Patriot Scientific Corporation [[PTSC.OB]], an intellectual property licensing company, saw its shares jump more than 20 percent after the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office affirmed the validity of US’336, the most widely recognized patent in the MMP Portfolio. Currently, the microprocessor patent portfolio is licensed by more than 60 global manufacturers.
Xodtec Group USA [[XODG.OB]], a development stage company focused on providing entertainment productions, saw its shares jump more than 20 percent after providing second and third quarter revenue guidance. The company expects to earn $3 million in revenues during the second quarter, and $4 million in revenues in the third quarter, with a net profit of $1.2 million.
