[[MHTX.OB]], a development stage company engaged in acquiring and licensing technologies, saw its shares jump 50 percent after being featured in a prominent investment newsletter. The news also comes shortly after the firm filed its first quarter earnings, showing a loss of $333,000 on no revenues.
American Lithium Minerals Inc. [[AMLM.OB]], a development stage company investigating acquisitions in the lithium industry, saw its shares rise nearly 5 percent, continuing its strong rally. Demand for lithium is expected to rapidly increase as lithium-ion batteries become increasingly prominent for use in everything from automobiles to cell phones.
