Pulmo BioTech Inc. (PLMO), Cheyenne Resources Corp. (CYRS), and Xcellink International Inc. (XCEL) were among today’s top OTC market movers.
Pulmo BioTech Inc. [[PLMO.OB]], which develops and markets medical technology, saw its shares more than double after entering into a non-binding letter of intent with BioTechnology Consulting Poland Sp. Z.o.o. to license its Pulmonary Vascular Diagnostic Product Candidate PulmoBind for development work, clinical trials and commercialization in Europe.
Cheyenne Resources Corp. [[CYRS.OB]], which focuses on pursuing major reclamation opportunities in the domestic oil and gas sector, moved up 10 percent after reporting potential revenues of $105 million on its Eastern Tennessee oil property that it made a $250,000 initial investment in earlier. Geologists believe there could be a minimum of 1.5 million recoverable BOE.
Xcellink International Inc. [[XCEL.OB]], which develops advanced customer-centric payment systems and methodologies, saw its shares jump more than 10 percent after announcing the availability of licenses to develop and operate consumer-based financial systems for the general supply of goods and services. The move follows the award of patents to Xcellink in about 15 major jurisdictions covering “a great many states and countries.”
