SymPowerco Corporation (SYMW), Biocentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (BEHL), and Mass Megawatts Wind Power Inc. (MMGW) are among this morning’s OTC stocks to watch.
SymPowerco Corporation [[SYMW.PK]], which develops advanced fuel cells and power delivery systems, announced that the its fuel cell partner, Hybrid Energy Technologies, has advanced its business plan on several fronts and that the HET’s initiatives continue to support the planning and timing of SymPowerco’s fuel cell development program. SymPowerco owns the exclusive rights to use HET’s proprietary leading edge flat-plate battery technology in Hybrid Power Systems that use Direct Methanol Fuel Cells.
Biocentric Energy Holdings Inc. [[BEHL.PK]], which develops and acquires new technologies designed to provide unique and effective green energy solutions, announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the currently leased facility in California as its headquarters. In a separate release, the company demanded that Skymark Research retract its report on the stock and said they did not have any agreement with Skymark of any kind.
Mass Megawatts Wind Power Inc. [[MMGW.OB]], which produces wind turbines and sells wind generated electricity, announced its earnings for the fiscal year last week. The company reported a net loss of $1,083,016, or $0.19 per share, which is down from a year earlier. However, the company was able to bring its new MAT technology to market very quickly and with minimal R&D expenses, and expects to see more revenues flowing through the door in 2010.
