I did see the 8-K with the $110k promissory note and potential $408k loan, but the company did lose $245k from operations alone during its latest quarter (10-Q). Moreover, interest expense will likely rise higher as well with any new non-converted loans. The GE story and new director certainly look promising, along with today's announcement of course. I'm not suggesting that this stock couldn't be worth well north of its current valuation (even post run-up), but it remains development stage and risky until revenues start coming in the door and it goes black.
